Gradient HSC (ABN 84 504 948 840) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book a call through our enquiry form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any information you share about your child's studies.
Information about students
Parents often share information about their child, such as their year, maths course, school and goals. If you enrol, we also keep records of school results, class rank and progress so we can tailor lessons and measure results under the Rank Guarantee. We treat this information with particular care and use it only to provide tutoring to your child.
How we use it
We use your details only to:
- contact you to arrange and hold your free introductory call, and
- send you occasional emails with HSC Maths tips and updates, but only if you tick the box to opt in.
We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are visited and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. This information is aggregated and isn't used to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
Who else handles it
Your details are stored securely with the service providers we use to run this website, receive form submissions and send emails. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
Where your information is stored
Some of our service providers, including Google and Cloudflare, may store or process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months if you don't enrol. For enrolled students, we keep records for as long as we're working together and for up to 2 years afterwards, then securely delete them.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you from our list at any time by emailing hello@gradienthsc.com.au.
Accessing or deleting your information
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@gradienthsc.com.au. We'll respond as soon as we can.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please email hello@gradienthsc.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
